Top tip for a first-time skier: "If you don't fall over, you're not trying hard enough! Eat some snow, get back up, and go again!"
If I only had 4 days to go skiing: Val d'Isere. "Fab mix of challenging runs and off-piste, and the vast 300km Espace Killy on your doorstep."
